2. Digital Products Only

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your product(s).

  • It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files.

  • We are not responsible if you do not have the necessary programs to view and.or use/view/edit the downloads.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

4. License Types: PLR and MRR

Some products may be sold with special licensing rights. It is your responsibility to understand what you are purchasing.  Do not assume all products are included in the PLR or MRR.  If a product does not say so, it is NOT eligible for PLR or MRR.

Private Label Rights (PLR)

PLR products allow you to:

  • Edit, modify, and rebrand the product as your own.  Make it custom to YOUR brand

  • Sell the product under your own name

  • Use the content for personal or business purposes

However, unless otherwise stated, you may NOT:

  • Claim original authorship of unchanged content

  • Resell or transfer PLR rights themselves

Master Resell Rights (MRR)

MRR products allow you to:

  • Resell the product to others

  • Keep 100% of the profits from your sales

However:

  • You may NOT modify or rebrand the product unless explicitly permitted

  • You may NOT pass on PLR rights unless clearly stated

Each product listing will specify the exact rights included.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, and product materials—is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without proper authorization.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

For PLR or MRR products, usage rights are limited to the terms provided with each product.

6. Permitted Use
